Albatross Coffee Project is a passion-driven business with the aim of learning as much about coffee as humanly possible and sharing that information with others who have the itch.

With over a decade of experience in the specialty coffee industry—and a serious urge to do things the right way—we focus on roast profiles that showcase a coffee's true nature, best practices for espresso extraction, cupping, manual brewing, and latte art.

Online orders will be roasted as soon as possible and shipped out within a week of roast. Please allow for an additional 5 days after that for shipping depending on location.

We take pains to make everything as delicious as possible. To ensure quality, every bag comes with a "batch number." Your satisfaction is guaranteed—if there's ever a problem with a given roast, simply provide the batch number and we'll make it right with a replacement bag.
